The Center for Public Interest Research is a left-of-center 501(c)(3) policy research and fundraising organization. It is a member of the Public Interest Network and is organized beneath the National Center for the Public Interest (NCPI). It is the 501(c)(3) counterpart to the 501(c)(4) Fund for the Public Interest, and serves as a fundraising arm for the Public Interest Network.
