At Kaiser she was director of women’s health, founder and director of Women’s Health Research Institute, and medical director of the Care Management Institute. 3

After leaving Kaiser in 2012 she held several overlapping roles in the medical arena, including patient care fellow at the Gordon E. and Betty I. The movement is based on Shaber’s book, The XX Edge, which encourages companies to have more women involved in finance and investments in their organizations. The movement is working toward a goal of 33 percent of assets under management to be managed by gender-diverse teams by 2033. 15
