With this grant, Women Win will continue supporting both AMA and COINCIDIR (including operations, human resources, financial resilience, resource mobilization) through reimagining their activities, conducting scenario planning, reviewing their time frames and/ or strategizing their budgets so that the organizations survive and thrive through Covid-19 and beyond. Through a learning hub for Latin American partners, AMA and COINCIDIR will also co-lead (virtual) discussions around organizational challenges, successes, best practices and programmatic innovation in co-designing girl-centered sports programs that are pandemic proof. A small portion of this grant will go towards Women Wins ONSIDE Fund. The ONSIDE serves as investment in a movement to re-imagine sport for women and girls through fundamental and sustainable changes that advance gender justice in sports across the world. |
