Confluence Philanthropy is associated with a number of for-profit consulting and investing groups on the political Left, including the SEIU-owned Amalgamated Bank and the philanthropy consultancy Arabella Advisors. The group was originally created in 2009 as a fiscal project of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors. [1]
Dana Lanza is the founder, president, and CEO of Confluence Philanthropy. Lanza is the former executive director of Environmental Grantmakers Association, which performs similar funding coordination services for left-wing groups.
