Background

Voters of These 50 States of America is a super PAC that was created in August 2024 after a $2 million contribution from super PAC Evidence for Impact, which is connected to the Elias Law Group, the law firm founded by Democratic Party-affiliated lawyer Marc Elias. 1 By the end of the 2024 election cycle, Voters of These 50 States of America reported $10.2 million in total contributions. 3

During the 2024 election cycle, Voters of These 50 States of America was the sole funder of the PACs AllVote, MaxVote, VoteWin, and Coconut Brat PAC, totaling $616,000 in contributions. All four recipient PACs were criticized for allegedly engaging in a series of texting campaigns which sent out inaccurate polling locations and registration information to voters. According to the Washington Free Beacon, the PACs used donations they received from Voters of These 50 States of America to fund the text campaigns while coordinating with tech company Movement Labs. 1

In addition, the ads were also focused on users in Pennsylvania, Nevada, Arizona, and South Carolina. 4

In September 2024, Voters of These 50 States of America ran an online ad campaign via Facebook, seemingly criticizing then-former President Donald Trump‘s “2025 agenda” while encouraging voters to support then-Vice President Kamala Harris. The ad claimed that Trump’s alleged agenda “threatens” to deport Latino families, will raise prescription medicine prices, and “take away healthcare.” 2

In October 2024, Voters of These 50 States of America reported $1.4 million in expenditures paid to Rising Tide Interactive to fund digital advertising in support of Libertarian Party presidential candidate Chase Oliver. 5 That same month, the organization ran an ad campaign that advocated for conservative voters to vote for Oliver, claiming he would lower government spending and “protect the Second Amendment.” 6
