The Program for Environmental and Regional Equity (PERE) is a program run and funded by the University of Southern California that promotes radical left racial, social, and justice policies. Their research studies are often cited by PolicyLink and the Local and Regional Government Alliance on Race and Equity (GARE) – a joint project of Race Forward and the Haas Institute for a Fair and Inclusive Society – in order to convince local municipality and city lawmakers to adopt the radical “All-In Cities” policy initiative that requires all laws and statutes to be reviewed and viewed under the lens of race.
