All-In Cities is an initiative of PolicyLink that promotes building a network of cities that implement radical race-first policy assessments. It partners with the Local and Regional Government Alliance on Race and Equity (GARE). This policy initiative is informed by research from the Program for Environmental and Regional Equity (PERE) at the University of Southern California, and is used by the Partnership for Southern Equity in the southern United States, most notably in Atlanta, Georgia.
