Background
Bucks County Concerned Citizens Against the Pipelines was created in 2014 to oppose the development of traditional fuel pipeline-related infrastructure within Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It is a local affiliate of the Better Path Coalition, a left-of-center environmentalist advocacy network that opposes natural gas fracking and other conventional energy industries in Pennsylvania. Other members of the Coalition include 350 Philadelphia, Berks Gas Truth, the Bucks County Sierra Club, Bucks Environmental Action, the Pennsylvania chapter of Coalition for Peace Action, and the Delaware Riverkeeper Network. 1 2

Bucks County Concerned Citizens Against the Pipelines has previously advocated against the development of traditional energy-related infrastructure projects proposed by energy companies such as PennEast Pipeline and Adelphia Gateway. 3 4
Leadership
Arianne Elinich is a founding member of Bucks County Concerned Citizens Against the Pipelines. Elinich is also listed as the “chief go-getter” and “digital marketing dynamo” of Bam Associates, a Pennsylvania-based interior design firm. Previously, Elinich was a member of the Springfield, Pennsylvania township Environmental Advisory Council. 5 6
