Lower Drug Prices Now is a left-of-center group that advocates for government price fixing of pharmaceutical drugs and medicines. It’s a project of the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a 501(c)(4) funding and fiscal sponsorship nonprofit for left-wing advocacy groups managed by the Washington, DC-based consulting firm Arabella Advisors. 1

Funding

Lower Drug Prices Now is a fiscally sponsored project of the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a Washington, DC-based 501(c)(4) nonprofit. As such it does not file Form 990 reports with the IRS and all grants to it are paid to the Sixteen Thirty Fund.

The project received grants (via New Venture Fund, Sixteen Thirty Fund’s 501(c)(3) “sibling” nonprofit and another part of the Arabella Advisors network) from the Bauman Family Foundation totaling $45,000 in 2020. 2
