Jason Boles, the treasurer for Georgia’s Promise Inc., is the founder of finance compliance firm Tabularius Group, which works for Republican candidates. Georgia’s Promise Inc was incorporated in May of 2023, with Boles listed as the nonprofit’s incorporator and registered agent. One month later, in June of that year, Bottoms’s campaign donated $91,284 to Georgia’s Promise Inc. Rick Thompson is the chief executive officer of Georgia’s Promise Inc. Prior to this, Thompson served as vice chairman and executive director of the Georgia State Ethics Commission. He also worked as a senior reporting analyst for the Missouri Ethics Commission. Thompson has previously taught at the University of Phoenix on courses related to ethics and criminal justice. Thompson previously worked as a Strategic Planning Steering Committee Member for the Georgia Department of Agriculture. 5
