The Tabularius Group is a Washington D.C.-based financial services firm that claims to provide financial services such as treasury management, regulatory compliance, reporting, and cryptocurrency services. The group also provides financial strategy development for political campaigns, committees, PACs, nonprofits, and advocacy organizations. 1

During the 2024 election cycle, Tabularius Group received $229,304 in reported payments from clients including numerous Republican congressional candidates. 2

Background

Tabularius Group is a provider of financial services to political clients. It claims to be “grounded in America First conservative values and Judeo-Christian principles” 1 and works with a number of Republican candidates, including U.S. Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Mary Miller (R-IL). 2

Controversy

Former Atlanta Mayor and Biden administration advisor Keisha Lance Bottoms (D) has reported ties to Tabularius Group founder Jason Boles. Boles works as the treasurer for Georgia’s Promise Inc., an organization to which her campaign donated in June 2023, roughly one month after the group became an incorporated nonprofit. Bottoms and Boles have had ties since 2020, while Boles previously worked for RTA Strategy LLC. News outlet NOTUS reported that while at RTA Strategy, Boles told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution “had helped prepare one of [Lance Bottoms’s] disclosure reports.” 3

Leadership

Jason D. Boles is the founder of the Tabularius Group. Boles is also the treasurer and registered agent for Georgia’s Promise Inc, 4 3 as well as the treasurer of the Stand for Freedom PAC. 5
