ClearPath is a nonprofit charity registered to businessman Jay Faison. It was granted nonprofit status in 2018. It is registered to the DC office of Faison’s ClearPath Foundation. Like the ClearPath Foundation, ClearPath is a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit.

Between 2019 and 2021, ClearPath received $2,000,000 in grant money from the left-leaning LLC Arnold Ventures in order “to provide general operating support.” ¹
