Projects

Laws in Texas

Laws in Texas is a blog owned by Blogger Inc. that reports on cases that it claims document how banks, government officials, judges, and lawyers are colluding to unjustly have individuals foreclose on their homes in Texas. 5

Laws in Texas’s website has a page titled, “The Robbing Room,” documenting court cases that it argues demonstrate how judges are acting unethically and colluding with other officials and businesses to steal from ordinary citizens. It argues that under the Trump administration, the Department of Justice acted as Donald Trump’s personal criminal defense team and that President Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland is no improvement. 6

Laws in Florida

Laws in Florida is a blog owned by Blogger Inc. that reports on cases that it claims document how banks, government officials, judges, and lawyers are abusing the judicial system to steal from ordinary citizens in Florida. 7

In addition to Laws in Florida’s news articles that cover court cases, they also publish commentary on private banks, government agencies, and foreign governments regarding how they may be involved in stealing, legally or otherwise, from ordinary citizens. 8 In May 2022, it published an article calling Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) is a “totalitarian” and an “unwanted dictator” for signing into law HB 1571, which would prohibit picketing outside private citizens’ homes. 2

In May 2022, Laws in Florida published an article condemning the state of Florida for allowing Goldman Sachs to invest in rental properties in Florida, associating such investments with rising housing costs and blaming large banks for exacerbating the issue. The article goes on to further condemn Goldman Sachs for its role in the 2008 financial crisis and argues that it should have received criminal penalties as well as sanctions on the business. 9

Laws in Virginia

Similar to Laws in Texas’s website, Laws in Virginia’s website is owned by Blogger Inc. and publishes articles covering court cases in Virginia. The news articles report on ongoing and finished court cases that point to possible, or what it considers definitive, corruption among judges, lawyers, and colluding corporations. 1

Laws in Virginia’s articles cover topics such as judicial corruption, bankers, federal judges, Virginia laws, Virginia appellate circuit courts, Florida, dark money, and lawyer complaints. Its articles cover cases or incidents where the judicial system is allegedly used or abused to take from ordinary citizens who are not prepared to protect themselves from or are aware at all of such actions. 10
