Duty to America PAC is a right-of-center independent expenditure-only political committee (also known as a Super PAC) established to oppose the candidacy of President Joe Biden in the 2024 presidential election. ¹

Activities

Duty to America filed its statement of organization with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) on June 25, 2024. Its statement of organization was filed by Cabell Hobbs, ² a cofounder and managing partner of the Compliance Consulting Company of Virginia. ³ Hobbs is listed as the treasurer of Duty to America and is also the treasurer of other right-of-center political action committees like USA PAC, Our American Century PAC, and the Ted Cruz Victory Fund PAC. ⁴

On its website, Duty to America claims that the policies of President Joe Biden are taking the country in the wrong direction. Duty to America claims that President Biden’s policies had not supported working Americans, especially regarding inflation, crime, and terrorism. ⁵
