Thomas Gibian is a member of the board of directors for nonprofit group New Venture Fund, which is managed by left-leaning philanthropic consulting firm Arabella Advisors. In addition, he serves as head of school for the Sandy Spring Friends School in Sandy Spring, Maryland. ¹ Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Pan-African private equity firm Emerging Capital Partners (ECP) and served as COO of AIG’s African Infrastructure Fund. ²
