Voice for Humanity Project is an anti-Israel protest group based in the United States that opposes the U.S. sending foreign aid to the State of Israel. 1

Following the October 7, 2023 Hamas terror attacks against the State of Israel, Voice for Humanity Project helped organize an anti-Israel campaign with New Jersey-based Palestinian American Community Center. Similar campaigns were conducted by the Northern California Islamic Council and Nevadans for Palestinian Liberation. The campaign featured a billboard truck driving around major cities displaying messages such as “Israel has more control over America than Americans do,” “Israel is committing a Holocaust in Gaza,” “Zionism = Fascism,” and “Israel is the New Nazi Germany.”  2

Background

Voice for Humanity Project is an anti-Israel protest group in the United States that advocates U.S. “tax dollars” it claims are used as American foreign aid sent to the State of Israel. 1 The Anti-Defamation League (ADL), a left-of-center watchdog group against antisemitism, claims that Voice for Humanity Project was founded in 2023 after the October 7 Hamas attacks. 2 3

Activities

Following the October 7, 2023 Hamas terror attack against the State of Israel and the start of the Israel-Hamas war, Voice for Humanity Project organized an anti-Israel advertisement campaign. The campaign featured a billboard truck driving around major cities displaying messages such as, “Israel has more control over America than Americans do,” “Israel is committing a Holocaust in Gaza,” “Zionism = Fascism,” and “Israel is the New Nazi Germany.” 2

The left-of-center watchdog group against antisemitism Anti-Defamation League (ADL) claims that Voice for Humanity Project’ advertisement campaigns promote false anti-Israeli conspiracy theories including claims of Israel “harvesting” Palestinians’ organs. 2 Other Voice for Humanity campaign advertisements included claims of how the State of Israel “lies religiously,” “shelters pedophiles,” and “buys politicians.” 2

Footage on Voice for Humanity Project’s website shows one of its truck billboards displaying messages such as “Joe Biden, You Can’t Hide. We Charge You with Genocide,” featuring pictures of Adolf Hitler and President Joe Biden accompanied by a hashtag, and a side-by-side comparison of a Nazi concentration camp and an Israeli detention facility. Other slides compare Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to Hitler while claiming the Israel-Hamas war is “the holocaust in Gaza.” 4

As of February 2024, Voice for Humanity Project claimed to have organized roughly 25 truck billboard campaigns as well as billboard ad buys throughout the United States  including in California, Kentucky, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. These campaigns were in part funded by a crowdfunding effort, which at that time had raised over $20,000. 2
