    According to the outlet’s ethics website, it “borrows liberally from the practices embraced by the Associated Press, ProPublica, The Center for Investigative Reporting, NPR and the Washington Post.” 2

    The non-profit is also an affiliate of States Newsroom, a left-of-center media outlet. 3 The Indiana Capital Chronicle emphasizes the importance of integrating the critical race theory-inspired concept of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policy in its reporting. 4
