TMH Mancave is a Chicago-based organization that aims to eliminate the stigma around mental health in Black men and boys. To this end, TMH Mancave provides mental health services that include individual therapy, wellness groups, and community events. 1

Activities
TMH Mancave was founded by Tytannie Harris in 2020 to provide Black men and boys with a safe, positive space to support their emotional needs, share their frustrations, and discuss their mental health issues. 3
TMH Mancave’s monthly programs include the Dads Brotherhood Network, a community initiative meant to develop relationships among Black fathers, and the TMH Mancave Monthly Wellness Group, a support group promoting brotherhood and healing for men of all ages. 4
TMH Mancave’s other programs include Father Time: A Father’s Day Experience, honoring Black fathers, and Teen Talk: Boxing & Mental Health, a free summer series for teenage boys that combines boxing and self-defense training with mental health support. 4
TMH Mancave also provides tools for managing suicidal thoughts, encouraging individuals to reach out for help, create a safety plan, limit isolation, and use crisis resources. 5
Financials
TMH Mancave was established as a nonprofit organization in 2020 and filed the IRS e-Postcard for tax years 2021 through 2023, claiming less than $50,000 in revenue. 6

Leadership
Tytannie Harris is the founder of TMH Mancave and the CEO of TMH Behavioral Services, P.C., a mental and behavioral health care practice. Harris is a psychotherapist, certified balance living coach, author, speaker, and mental health advocate. 7
Fred Long is the executive director of TMH Mancave and the vice president of development at UCAN Chicago. Long formerly worked as a clerk for the Cook County Assessor’s Office. 8
In 2025, TMH Mancave’s board of directors was comprised of Chinyera Moody, Glenn Miller, Christopher Rudd, Quincy Roseborough, and Glen Sevier. 9
Chinyera Moody is a training facilitator for Chicago Public Schools. 10
Glenn Miller is a business support manager at Sunshine Enterprises, a program director at Leaves Speak Healthcare, an adjunct professor at Harris-Stowe State University, and a freelance health and wellness consultant. Miller is the chair of the health and wellness committee at 100 Black Men of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Illinois district director of health and wellness at Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, and sits on the advisory board of the AltMed Data. 11
Christopher Rudd is the founder and lead activator of ChiByDesign and a trustee of the Grand Victoria Foundation. 12
Quincy Roseborough is director of workforce development services for Metropolitan Family Services and a Leadership Greater Chicago fellow. Roseborough is the founder and former executive director of EmpowerMen, Inc., a former member of the Alternatives to Incarceration Collaborative, and a former crisis intervention specialist at UCAN Chicago. Roseborough formerly sat on the board of Hope for a Better Tomorrow. 13
Glenn Sevier is founder, CEO, and psychotherapist at Advance Potential Psychological Services. Sevier formerly worked as a team supervisor at UCAN Chicago and a case manager at Teen Living Programs. 14
