The Raleigh Immigration Law Firm is a small immigration legal group in Raleigh, North Carolina. It is run by immigration attorney Beckie Moriello. 1
It was a signatory of the April 6th, 2019 “An Open Letter to American CEO’s,” which called on Fortune 500 companies to not hire former Trump aides due to their enforcement of immigration law. 2 Other prominent signatories included the American Civil Liberties Union, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and the National Immigration Law Center.
Additional Information
Aside from typical immigration law services, the Raleigh Immigration Law Firm hosts a Facebook livestream every Sunday, entitled “This is My Home.” It teaches viewers on how “to reduce the possibility of being deported.” 3
In 2018, Beckie Moriello was fined $2,510 for using her phone in an asylum court hearing, despite being repeatedly told to put it away. 4
