In 2020, Edward A. & Catherine L. Lozick Foundation provided grants to SPN coalition member organizations like the American Enterprise Institute ($25,000) and the National Right to Work Legal Defense Fund ($15,000). The Foundation also provided grants to right of center organizations like Accuracy in Media, the Buckeye Institute, Citizens Against Government Waste, the Ethics and Public Policy Center, and the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA). 4

Edward A. and Catherine L. Lozick Foundation was initially funded by contributions from Edward and Catherine Lozick totaling $6.6 million between 2001 and 2015. In 2015, the estate of Edward A. Lozick contributed $1.58 million. Between 2008 and 2015, the Swagelok Manufacturing Company contributed $24 million to the Foundation. 5

Christopher Hitchcock is the executive director of both the Edward A. and Catherine L. Lozick Foundation 6 and the Fred A. Lennon Charitable Trust. 7 Hitchcock is a former trustee of the Fund for Our Economic Future of Northeast Ohio. 8

Catherine Lozick is the president of the Edward A. and Catherine L. Lozick Foundation. Forbes estimates her net worth to be $2.5 billion. 9 Lozick is the daughter of industrialist Fred Lennon, founder of the Swagelok Manufacturing Company (originally called Crawford Fitting Co.). Lennon was a billionaire and donor to the Republican Party, contributing $500,000 between 1993 and 1996. 10

Douglas Spicer is the secretary of the Edward A. and Catherine L. Lozick Foundation, 11 the Lozick Family Foundation,  12 and the Fred A. Lennon Charitable Trust. 13

James C. Boland is a former member of the board of the Swagelok Company. 14

Thomas F. Lozick is the chair and CEO of the Swagelok Company and a grandson of Fred Lennon. 15
