    The 60 Plus Foundation operates two key programs: the “International Institute” and the “Next Generation Project.” The International Institute connects government officials with policy analysts, journalists, and other diplomats within “development programs” to discuss topics such as “freedom, opportunity and the free enterprise system.”  2 The Foundation’s president, Saul Anuzis, has moderated panels at the Institute while speaking with federal and international government figures. These include former Polish President Lech Wałesa, U.S. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA), former Lithuanian Foreign Minister Vygaudas Usackas, Qatari Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, former U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, former Turks and Caicos Governor John Freeman, Qatar Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Tariq Ali Al-Ansari, and Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness.  2

    The Next Generation is an educational development program that provides technology and coding training to students and adults within Turks and Caicos. According to the site, the purpose of the project is to promote “personal and family growth and prosperity in their respective communities.”  3

    Financials

    According to its 2024 tax returns, the 60 Plus Foundation reported revenue of $324,547 from contributions and grants,  5 expenses of $291,636, and net assets of -$208,230.  6  That same year, the Foundation’s largest funders were the American Hotel and Lodging Association Directory Corporation ($25,514)  7 and the William H. Donner Foundation ($12,000). 8

    Leadership

    Jim Martin is listed as the founder and chair of the 60 Plus Foundation and its sister organization 60 Plus Association. Martin previously worked for the National Conservative Political Action Committee (NCPAC), for the Public Service Research Council (PSRC), and as the chief of staff to the late U.S. Sen. Edward J. Gurney (R-FL). 9

    Saul Anuzis is listed as the president of the 60 Plus Foundation and the 60 Plus Association. He is also the vice president of the Institute for Research on Presidential Elections, 10 a managing partner for Coast to Coast Strategies LLC, and a former chair of the Michigan Republican Party. 11
