1Sky Action Fund was the 501(c)(4) advocacy arm of the environmentalist organization 1Sky. The 1Sky groups merged with the left-wing environmentalist nonprofit 350.org and its affiliate 350 Action in 2011. 1 Although 1Sky maintains an online presence, all of its financials, including donations and federal filings are made through 350.org. 2

The last federal tax filing under the name 1Sky Action Fund appears to be for the year 2010. 3 The group reported $180 in revenue, 4 just under $3,000 in expenses, 5 and just under $64,000 in assets. 6
