William R. Moomaw is chair of Woods Hole Research Center, an environmentalist research group. He is Professor Emeritus and founding director of the Center for International Environment and Resource Policy at The Fletcher School, Tufts University. He is also the founding director of the Tufts Climate Initiative and co-founder of the Global Development and Environment Institute.
