Daniel Penchina is the president of consulting firm Penchina Partners. He previously served as president of advocacy groups Voices for Progress and Voices for Progress Education Fund. In addition, he has worked as the legislative director for Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky (D-IL), the legislative director for Senator Christopher Murphy (D-CT) when he was a Congressman, and both the legislative assistant and appropriations associate for Congressman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY). ¹
