The National Fuel Funds Network is an organization that was merged with the National Low Income Energy Consortium in 2013 to create the National Energy & Utility Affordability Coalition (NEUAC). NEUAC is non-profit organization that advocates for the energy and utility needs of low-income families in America and proposes public policies and programs that provide for those needs.¹
