The National Center for Advocacy and Recovery for Behavioral Health (NCAAR-BH), formerly titled the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence-New Jersey (NCADD-NJ), is a health advocacy organization that provides treatment for those suffering from addiction and mental health disorders within the state of New Jersey. ^{1 2}
