Minnesota Peace Action Coalition (MPAC) is an anti-war activist group operating in the “Twin Cities” area of Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota. ¹

In 2023, MPAC members participated in a Minneapolis-based rally calling for an end to U.S aid to Israel following the October 7, 2023 Hamas terror attacks against that country. The rally was organized by the Minnesota Anti-War Committee and co-sponsored by the Minnesota chapter of American Muslims for Palestine (AMP). Other participants included the Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) chapter at the University of Minnesota, Minnesota BDS Community, Middle East Peace Now, Veterans for Peace, Women Against Military Madness, and Freedom Road Socialist Organization. ²

Activities

In 2023, members of the Minnesota Peace Action Coalition (MPAC) participated in a rally held outside the Minneapolis office of U.S Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) calling for an end to U.S aid to the State of Israel following the October 7, 2023 terror attacks. The rally was organized by the Minnesota Anti-War Committee and co-sponsored by American Muslims for Palestine. Other participants included the Students for Justice in Palestine chapter at the University of Minnesota, Minnesota BDS Community, Middle East Peace Now, Veterans for Peace, Women Against Military Madness, and Freedom Road Socialist Organization. ⁴

On September 14, 2024, MPAC members participated in a demonstration in front a General Dynamics office in Bloomington, Minnesota, protesting against the manufacturer’s “role in the genocide in Gaza.” ⁵
