Living Liberally
Living Liberally is a network of clubs that help left-of-center activists socialize and become more involved in political activities. The organization began in New York City as a club called Drinking Liberally in 2003, and it had “expanded to more than 100 chapters by 2005.” 1 Living Liberally is volunteer-run, and the national organization is registered as an LLC in New York. 1

Activities
Living Liberally has four chapter types: Drinking Liberally, Laughing Liberally, Reading Liberally, and Eating Liberally. 2 Drinking Liberally clubs focus on gathering in bars and restaurants, and Laughing Liberally clubs put on left-wing political-themed comedy shows. 2 Reading Liberally clubs read books together, and Eating Liberally groups gather for meals. 2
