Citizen Change is a political advocacy project launched in 2004 by popular musicians P. Diddy, Mariah Carey, 50 Cent, and Mary J Blige that encouraged young people to vote. The project’s primary activity was the “Vote or Die” campaign.

The executive director of Citizen Change was Alexis McGill Johnson, the now acting president of Planned Parenthood Federation Of America (PPFA).
