Appalachian Mountain Club(AMC) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for left-of-center environmental policy. Along with other environmental organizations, AMC filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration for a 2018 decision to temporarily cease the EPA’s control of emissions coming from upwind states to downwind states. ¹
