All In For Utah was founded on January 27, 2023. ³ The committee is led by Owen Fuller, a longtime ally of Utah Governor Spencer Cox (R). ^{4 5} Fuller is also the CEO of Marq, a technology platform. ⁶

From 2023 to 2024, All In For Utah spent $61,293 on advertising vendors for web advertisements, campaign events, and campaign activities for the campaigns of U.S. Senator-elect John Curtis (R-UT), former Congressional candidate Case McKay Lawrence (R), and U.S. Representative Celeste Maloy (R-UT). ^{8 9} The organization has also made expenditures in favor of Republicans running for the Utah State House of Representatives and one candidate running for the Utah State Senate. ¹

During the 2024 election cycle, All In For Utah launched a six-figure ad buy to support more than a dozen republican candidates running for office in Utah during the 2024 election cycle. ² The organization also made in-kind contributions to some state- and local-level campaigns in Utah in order to, as All In For Utah director Owen Fuller says, amplify messaging in Utah and select what the organization considers “common-sense conservatives.” ^{4 5}

All In For Utah attempted to defeat Utah State Representative Trevor Lee (R) in a primary campaign against former Davis County, Utah, Republican Party Chair Daniela Harding. All In For Utah made more than $38,000 in in-kind donations to Harding’s campaign to oust Lee. ⁴

During the 2024 election cycle, All In For Utah spent a total of $254,353 in the Utah Republican Party primary cycle. The organization did a large advertisement purchase in favor of Republican candidates running for state- and local-level offices in Utah. ²

FollowtheMoney data show that the organization spent $129,336 in support of the re-election campaign of incumbent Utah Governor Spencer Cox (R). State legislative candidate Travis Hoban (R) received $20,148 in support. State Attorney General-elect Derek Brown (R) received $17,647. ¹⁰
