Young Conservatives for Energy Reform (YCER) is a right-leaning environmentalist nonprofit formed in 2018. The group advocates for the Baker-Schulz Carbon Tax and Dividend plan, which would tax carbon dioxide emissions and other greenhouse gas emissions.
