Open Society Foundations – Bratislava is a not-for-profit foundation and part of the Open Society Foundations founded by philanthropist George Soros. The foundation was established as an independent organization that received funding from Soros’ Open Society Foundation, with a focus on supporting local Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) within the country. ^{1 2}
