New Yorkers for Clean Livable and Safe Streets (NYCLASS) is an animal liberation group opposed to the use of horse carriages for tourism. In the 2013 New York mayoral election, Unite Here funded NYCLASS to attack then-City Council Speaker Christine Quinn (D-Manhattan) in the Democratic primary.
