    National Right to Life Committee Educational Trust Fund provides educational materials online about life issues, in order to educate individuals with the intention of further educating communities. Education materials provide information on abortion, including medical fact sheets, statistics, the problems with the abortion pill, and the realities of partial-birth abortions. 4 Also included in these educational materials is the “Diary of an Unborn Child,” which displays information on fetal development in a timeline from fertilization through the fetal development of the child’s heartbeat, the formation of fingerprints, to the ability of the baby to undergo REM sleep and presumably dream. 5

    Also included in NRLC Educational Trust Fund’s materials about abortion is a summary of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decisions regarding abortion, beginning with the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision. The NRLC Educational Trust Fund compares Roe with the 1857 Dred Scott v. Sandford decision, claiming that there is a parallel between unborn babies and Black slaves being denied human rights. 6

    National Right to Life Committee Educational Trust Fund’s education materials also include information on other life issues, like assisted suicide, euthanasia, health care rationing, and stem cell research and cloning. 4
