National Low-Income Energy Consortium

The National Low-Income Energy Consortium is an organization that was merged with the National Fuel Funds Network to create the National Energy & Utility Affordability Coalition (NEUAC). NEUAC is a non-profit organization that advocates for the energy and utility needs of low-income families in America and proposes public policies and programs that provide for those needs.¹
