Hilarie Murad, daughter of Howard Murad, the founder of Murad Skincare, is the Murad Family Foundation’s president. Formerly, Hilarie Murad managed Murad Skincare following her father’s retirement until its sale to Unilever in 2015. She is the only compensated member of the foundation’s board. ^{15 16}

Richard Murad, nephew of Howard Murad, is the CEO of the foundation. Formerly, Murad was employed as the general manager of Murad Inc., the parent company of Murad Skincare. ^{18 19}
