The Healthcare Anchor Network (HAN) convenings are structured to inspire and provide concrete actions that health system leaders can take to fully activate their organization’s unique platform as a leading community institution to meaningfully address economic and racial inequities in community conditions that create poor health. HAN's in-person convenings are critical to deepening the connection and commitment between members and allowing them to refine more effectively the prototypes they have been developing in their initiative meetings remotely. Meetings and convenings also help in shaping new initiatives that allow our members to engage even more deeply in addressing racial and economic inequities in their communities via their anchor mission strategies.
