    According to the Future Forum Foundation’s 2023 filing with the Internal Revenue Service, though the organization does not directly compensate any of its officers, it does pay its executive director Molly Allen’s consulting firm, Molly Allen Associates LLC, for management services. 4

    Leadership

    Former U.S. Representative Stephanie Murphy (D-FL) is the president of the Future Forum Foundation and the chair of its board of directors, as well as the co-chair of the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the RAND National Security Advisory Board, and the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security Advisory Council. Previously, Murphy was a consultant at Deloitte, an instructor in finance at Rollins College, a national security specialist at the U.S. Department of Defense, a Pritzker fellow at the University of Chicago’s Institute of Politics, and a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Florida’s 7th district for three terms from 2017 to 2023. During her time in the U.S. Congress, Murphy served as co-chair of the Blue Dog Coalition, chief deputy whip of the House Democratic Caucus, and as a member of the House Democratic Steering and Policy Committee. 5 6

    Molly Allen is the executive director of the Future Forum Foundation as well as the chief executive officer of Molly Allen Associates, a consulting firm. Previously, Allen was a partner with the American Continental Group, director of federal government relations with the National Community Pharmacists Association, associate director of congressional affairs with the American Medical Group Association, legislative assistant to former U.S. Rep. Steve Israel (D-NY), policy analyst to the vice chair of the Congressional Joint Economic Committee, and special assistant and state deputy scheduler to U.S. Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY). Additionally, Allen has served as a lobbyist on behalf of organizations and firms including 7-Eleven, the Affordable Housing Developers Council, the Allegheny Health Network, and the Alliance for Senior Health Care Financing. 7 8 6

    Jeffries Murray is the treasurer of the Future Forum Foundation’s board of directors as well as the founder of 535 Group, a lobbying firm. Previously, Murray was the managing director of FTI Consulting, a partner with C2 Group LLC, chief of staff to former U.S. Rep. Bud Cramer (D-AL), director of government relation at the American Gas Association, legislative director to former U.S. Rep. Bill Brewster (D-OK), and campaign manager for Brewster’s 1990 U.S. Congressional campaign. Additionally, Murray has lobbied on behalf of firms including 3M Co., 7-Eleven, Acuity Healthcare LP, Aerojet Rocketdyne, and Aerostar International LLC. 9 4
