Furthering Our Community Ourselves Inc. (FoCo) Legal Services is a nonprofit legal office providing free or low-cost legal services to low-income residents and conducting advocacy work in the state of Colorado. FoCo Legal Services was founded by David Kovach in 2018. ¹

Programs and Services

FoCo Legal Services offers assistance with certain legal matters, including housing disputes, forming businesses, drafting estate plans, handling tax and payroll concerns, pursuing civil claims, applying for social security and disability benefits, obtaining protection orders, filing for bankruptcy, and managing contract issues. According to its website, the group does not practice family law or criminal law. ²

People

David Kovach is the founder and, as of 2025, was the president of FoCo Legal Services. Kovach is a licensed attorney and CPA in Colorado and Ohio. ¹
