America’s Turning Point (ATP)

America’s Turning Point (ATP) is a right-of-center advocacy organization that aims to educate college-aged students about the principles and importance of free markets, fiscal responsibility, and capitalism. ATP’s primary outreach is its Campus Victory Project.  1

    America’s Turning Point is funded by Turning Point USA (TPUSA), a right-of-center student organization founded by the late Charlie Kirk to educate students about the importance of free markets, limited government, and fiscal responsibility. TPUSA claims to have a presence on over 3,500 campuses in the U.S. 2

    According to ATP’s tax filings for 2023, Bryce Eddy was the organization’s president. However, in December 2025, CBS News reported that following the assassination of Charlie Kirk, his widow Erika Kirk took over as president of ATP, along with Turning Point USA, Turning Point Action, and Turning Point Endowment. 3

    Activities

    America’s Turning Point aims to educate college-aged students about the principles and importance of free markets, fiscal responsibility, and capitalism through its Campus Victory Project (CVP). CVP claims to support the next generation of American leaders through its leadership development and training programming. CVP encourages and empowers its students to help shape culture, the marketplace, and society through positive change that starts on college campuses. 4

    Campus Victory Project provides aspiring leaders with grants to aid in developing leadership opportunities on campus and resources that include developmental networks, advising sessions, and one-on-one meetings with its staff. 5

    America’s Turning Point states the its Campus Victory Project trained more than 700 student leaders, engaged 5,601 students at hundreds of colleges throughout the U.S., and hosted five leadership training conferences in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.  1

    Financials

    America’s Turning Point is funded by Turning Point USA (TPUSA), which in 2023 contributed over $8.56 million.  6 ATP’s primary expense is its Campus Victory Project, which in 2023 accounted for over $7.8 million of its spending,  1 including $182,482 in grant money for 133 students.  7

    In addition, in 2023 ATP paid its COO, Tyler Bower, $230,604.  8

    Leadership

    As of 2023, Bryce Eddy was the president of America’s Turning Point. Eddy is the founder and host of the Bryce Eddy Show podcast, which looks at history and current events from a Christian point of view. Eddy sits on the boards of the Center for Security Policy 9 and White Rose Resistance, a pro-life group that produced The 1916 Project, a documentary film about Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger. 10

    As of 2023, Bryan Welker was the vice president of ATP.  8

    As of 2023, David Glienke was the secretary and treasurer of the board of ATP as well as the president of ClearCoast Wealth Management. Glienke is the founder and coach of Proclaim Speech and Debate and at the time was sitting on the board of the Angeles Crest Christian Camp. 11

    As of 2023, Tyler Bowyer was the COO of ATP, Turning Point USA, and Turning Point Action. Bowyer is a conservative activist who was formerly a Republican precinct committee member, Republican legislative district chair, and Republican county chair. Bowyer was involved in organizing an early rally for then-presidential candidate Donald Trump in July 2015. 12
