The Retail Action Project (RAP) is an organization that represents workers in the retail industry. The group’s main campaigns include “Race & Gender Equity Enforcement” and “Recognizing & Stopping Wage Theft.” Its network of members is primarily comprised of individuals who are minorities, immigrants, women, and part of the LGBT community.¹
