Barrett Bogue is the founder and president of Evocati Public Relations. An Iraq War veteran, Bogue served in the Marine Corps from 1999 to 2007 and worked in several roles at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from 2007 to 2016 including as Acting Assistant Director for GI Bill Oversight and Outreach. From 2016 to 2018 he worked as vice president of public relations and chapter engagement at Student Veterans of America. ⁹
