Contracts

Although there is limited information online about the business, the Alton School District in Illinois signed a contract on August 13, 2021, to pay C-E Consulting for a “general workshop,” including “customization/handout development,” for faculty, teacher, and staff training on “implicit bias & microaggressions in student: teacher relationships.” ³

The program was approved by the district administration, and contained an agenda including the “unpacking, demystifying, exploring” the terms: “implicit bias, micro-aggressions, social identity, marginalized, silencing.” ⁴
