The Anti-Racism Collaborative is a for-profit organization that trains individuals and organizations about identity politics-based ideology, and how to use it to engage in far-left activism. It specifically focuses on race issues and teaches its clients to “confront” allegedly racist people and systems. [1]

The Anti-Racism Collaborative states that it believes white people are responsible for systemic racism that has permeated all aspects of American society, oppressing numerous groups of individuals. [2] It trains its clients how to find what it considers racism and reduce its impact. [3]

Background

The Anti-Racism Collaborative is a for-profit organization that offers trainings that promote far-left identity politics. It believes that systemic racism has been instituted in America, and it states as a consequence, oppression has permeated throughout American society. [4]

The Anti-Racism Collaborative focuses on race issues and seeks to train individuals to confront and dismantle so-called systems of oppression that make up American society. [5]

Services

Workshops

The Anti-Racism Collaborative offers courses and training workshops that teach individuals and organizations to “confront systemic racism and oppression.” It also teaches that systemic racism and oppression exist everywhere. It offers the workshops to all individuals, but the Anti-Racism Collaborative states it names white and “privileged” individuals as those who need to be held responsible for so-called systemic racism and oppression. The course is five weeks long and costs $120 for individuals. [6]

Consulting

The Anti-Racism Collaborative offers consulting services to individuals and organizations for personalized plans to align their values with the Anti-Racism Collaborative’s identity politics ideology. Additionally, the consulting is designed to help clients engage in far-left activism that focuses on race issues. [7]

Clients

The Anti-Racism Collaborative clients include both individuals and organizations that can be nonprofit or for-profit organizations as well as school systems and colleges. Some of its clients include Tufts University, Cambridge Naturals, Harvard Divinity School, Lambda at Harvard Law, FoodCorps, Christa McAuliffe Charter School, Prospect Hill Academy Charter School, Brandeis University Heller School, and Kimball Union Academy. [8]

People

The Anti-Racism Collaborative’s staff consists of activists whose careers are explicitly focused on identity politics, focusing on race and gender issues. One member, Emily Forsyth Queen, states in her biography that she “is a white cis queer woman who descended from settler-colonizers.” All of the staff have resumes involving left-of-center and far-left advocacy. [9]

Stella Panzarella is a co-founder and the director of the Anti-Racism Collaborative. In addition to the Anti-Racism Collaborative, Panzarella has cofounded and worked for numerous left-wing activist organizations.
