Yolanda “Cookie” Parker is a left-wing political activist, the founder and president of KMS Software Company, a software firm specializing in human capital management. Parker serves as a senior advisor at the National Foster Youth Institute. She served on President Barack Obama’s National Finance Committees in 2008 and 2012. She was appointed to the Sub-Saharan Africa Advisory Committee for the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank). Parker also has memberships with the boards of People for the American Way, VoteRiders, I Vote, and Real Medicine Foundation.
