Accusations of Sexual Harassment
In March 2019, Parker resigned from his position as RCRC board vice chair over accusations of raping Candice Russell, an abortion activist with the National Network of Abortion Funds and a board member for NARAL Pro-Choice Texas. Parker later responded that he “never had sex with anyone without obtaining their consent or giving [his].”
