Richard Burns is interim CEO of the LGBT litigation group Lambda Legal. He previously worked as chief operating officer of the left-wing Arcus Foundation and executive director of the New York-based Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center. ¹ He is also on the board of Proteus Fund.
