Patrick McCarthy is the former president and chief executive officer of the Annie E. Casey Foundation, a non-profit organization that specializes in charity for children and “juvenile justice.”¹ Before joining the Annie E. Casey Foundation, McCarthy was a psychiatric social worker and was the director of a school for children with emotional and behavioral disorders.²
