Matt Brix is the managing director of State Voices. Previously he had worked as the executive director of Common Cause’s New Mexico branch, as CEO for Center for Civic Policy, and as a member of the ethics and campaign reform task force of governor Bill Richardson (D-NM). He is currently on the advisory committee of Our Story Hub, a project of the Proteus Fund which advises left-of-center politicians and groups on communications strategies. ¹
